Rev. Dr. Lincicome (Lins-i-cum) serves as Sr. Pastor of Sammamish Presbyterian Church. Prior to joining the SPC team in 2009, Jeff served as Associate Pastor for over 9 years at Crossroads Presbyterian Church (membership 1800) in Mequon, Wisconsin, an affluent suburb 20 minutes north of Milwaukee. As the Associate Pastor of Adult Discipleship, Chris encourages members and visitors to grow their relationship with God and in their relationships with others who help us to be the followers of Jesus Christ we desire to be. Each of us must take ownership of our own process of spiritual maturation, but the church encourages, the church supports, the church invites, the church makes straight the path for us to nurture relationship with God and to participate as a healthy part of the Body of Christ. Chris directs the small group ministry, SPCU (SPC’s Adult Education program), the New Membership process, and other adult programs such as Alpha and Men’s ministry. As the Associate Pastor of Congregational Life, Becki encourages the SPC community to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and to support and encourage one another through all of life’s seasons. Becki oversees SPC’s Pastoral Care Ministry, Mission Ministries and fellowship groups such as Senior’s and Women’s Ministries. As the Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry, Erin is passionate about walking alongside Mid High and Senior High students as they learn about the love of Christ and God’s purpose for their lives. It is also an honor to provide support and encouragement to the youth interns, the youth ministry coordinator and the incredible group of volunteer leaders that invest weekly in our 6-12th grade students. As the Director of Worship, Kurt strives to provide a worship environment that is uplifting and passionate while also encouraging opportunities for everyone to be authentic participants, not spectators. His desire is for us to creatively express our love for God and His love for us through a blend of contemporary and traditional musical styles. Rachel plans worship with the leadership team and pastors, selecting music that best supports the week's message and focuses on making worship on Sundays an experience that is authentic and excellent. Kathy Eaton, Children's Ministry Director

Kathy is responsible for the vision, leadership, and operational management of SPC's Children's Ministries. She oversees Children's programming, our wonderful Children's Staff and Leadership Teams, and develops relationships with children and parents alike as we seek to follow Christ together. Kathy's heart for Jesus, love for kids, and wisdom and experience are much appreciated at SPC. Prior to becoming SPC's Children's Ministry Director, Kathy was the Children's Ministry Director for 36 years at First Presbyterian Church of Yakima. Kathy enjoys spending time with family, reading, Bible study, taking long walks, shopping, trying new restaurants, and teaching kids about God!

Heather Choco, Glory Days Preschool Director

As the Glory Days Preschool Director, Heather Choco brings a wealth of teaching experience, a heart for preschoolers, a deep faith and an eagerness to build a Christ-centered, learning community for our little ones here at SPC. Heather earned her sociology degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and then her teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton. She taught elementary school for five years and has since taught at a local preschool for the past 12 years. Heather and her family have been involved in the ministries of SPC for over twelve years. She has served as an SPC Deacon providing care for our church community; she directed Vacation Bible School; she helped steer the SPC Special Needs ministry; and she served as an Elder on Session (SPC’s leadership board). Heather is thrilled to be working with the great staff and families at Glory Days Preschool.

Josh Schack, Senior High Youth Director

Josh was born and raised in New Jersey. He was studying aviation until taking the job as Senior High Youth Intern at SPC in 2009. Subsequently, God changed Josh's heart and gave him a desire to pursue vocational ministry as a career. Now a full-time student at University of Washington, Class of 2013, Josh is working toward a double major in Communication and Sociology. Amber Slate, Mid High Youth Director

Amber grew up on a farm in Ritzville, WA, where she spent her summers driving combine and tractor. In 2009, she graduated from Whitworth University and she is currently attending Fuller Theological Seminary Northwest. Amber loves photography, reading, and taking fun road trips with friends.
