Jeff Lincicome joined the SPC family as Senior Pastor in January 2009, where his primary responsibilities are preaching and worship leadership, visioning, leading the SPC Session/Elder board, and working with the most talented church staff on the planet. Born and raised in Issaquah, Jeff and his family love being back in the Pacific Northwest, after spending 10 wonderful years as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship at Crossroads Presbyterian Church, in Mequon, Wisconsin. Jeff completed his Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary in 1999 and received his Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Spiritual Formation from George Fox Evangelical Seminary in 2007, where his dissertation focused on how wealth and Christian discipleship interact. Jeff and his wife, Kristi, and four daughters, Lucy, Clara, Dayle and Violet, are grateful to be a part of the SPC community. Visit Jeff’s bio.

As the Associate Pastor of Adult Discipleship, Chris encourages members and visitors to grow in their relationships with God and in their relationships with one another. Specifically, Chris oversees the small group ministry, SPCU (Adult Education program), the New Membership process, and other adult programs such as Alpha and Men’s ministry. Becki Barrett joined the SPC Staff as Associate Pastor of Congregational Life in 2004 with the responsibility of leading SPC’s Mission and Care Ministries.Known for her heart for global mission, a deep compassion for those who are hurting, and a desire for people to be transformed by the Gospel, Becki shines as she invests in the lives of those who call SPC home. As the Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry, Erin is passionate about walking alongside Mid High and Senior High students as they learn about the love of Christ and God’s purpose for their lives. It is also an honor to provide support and encouragement to the youth interns, and the incredible group of volunteer leaders that invest weekly in our 6-12th grade students. Don is responsible for visionary worship planning and execution at SPC. He enjoys connecting people to Christ through a relevant worship experience. Don provides oversight for the instrumental and choral ministry and enjoys recruiting, equipping and enabling congregational members with musical gifts to participate in worship leadership. Children's Ministries Interim Director, Kristen Gephart, joined the SPC family with her husband Jeff and two sons Alex (10) and TJ (7) in the fall of 2009.  She has a passion for worship, helping others maximize their gifts, teaming in ministry and helping children and families grow closer to Christ.  Kristen earned her Masters in Teaching from Seattle University, taught elementary school while her husband, Jeff, was in seminary, and worked for nine years as Director of Children's Ministries at Bidwell Presbyterian Church in Chico, California.  She is excited about what God is doing here at SPC and the family he's gathered together.

As the Glory Days Preschool Director, Heather Choco brings a wealth of teaching experience, a heart for preschoolers, a deep faith and an eagerness to build a Christ-centered, learning community for our little ones here at SPC. Heather earned her sociology degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and then her teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton. She taught elementary school for five years and has since taught at a local preschool for the past 12 years. Heather and her family have been involved in the ministries of SPC for over twelve years. She has served as an SPC Deacon providing care for our church community; she directed Vacation Bible School; she helped steer the SPC Special Needs ministry; and she served as an Elder on Session (SPC’s leadership board). Heather is thrilled to be working with the great staff and families at Glory Days Preschool.

Josh was born and raised in New Jersey, where he attended Daniel Webster College, studying aviation, air traffic control, and obtaining his pilot’s license. Next year, he will be attending Purdue University to complete his BS in air traffic control. Amber grew up on a farm in Ritzville, WA, where she spent her summers driving combine and raising sheep. In May, she graduated from Whitworth University, where she studied theology and cross-cultural ministry. Amber loves road trips, finding treasures at yard sales, and just hanging out.
