Jerry Hilton, Interim Senior Pastor

We are very excited to welcome Jerry Hilton and his wife, Mary, to Sammamish Presbyterian Church as our Interim Senior Pastor and Head of Staff. Jerry is held in very high regard as a preacher and teacher by the congregations he has served, as well as for bringing a warm, caring, genuine love for people. He is committed to a collegial, team-oriented approach to leadership, encouraging new ideas from everyone (lay and staff). This has caused his congregations to respond well and often take him up on his open-door policy to discuss anything and everything with him. Chris Griggs, Associate Pastor

As the Associate Pastor of Adult Discipleship, Chris encourages members and visitors to grow in their relationships with God and in their relationships with one another. Specifically, Chris oversees the small group ministry, SPCU (Adult Education program), the New Membership process, and other adult programs such as Alpha and Men’s ministry. Becki Barrett, Associate Pastor

Becki Barrett joined the SPC Staff as Associate Pastor of Congregational Life in 2004 with the responsibility of leading SPC’s Mission and Care Ministries.Known for her heart for global mission, a deep compassion for those who are hurting, and a desire for people to be transformed by the Gospel, Becki shines as she invests in the lives of those who call SPC home. Erin Griggs, Associate Pastor of Family Ministries

As the Associate Pastor of Family Ministries, Erin is passionate about supporting the toddler, the adolescent and the adult as they learn what it means to be apart of God’s real life family; the Church. Specifically, Erin provides oversight to the Children’s, Mid High and Senior High Directors and offers support and guidance to other programs such as LOGOS and SPC’s Glory Days Playschool. Don Dilley, Director of Music and Worship

Don is responsible for visionary worship planning and execution at SPC. He enjoys connecting people to Christ through a relevant worship experience. Don provides oversight for the instrumental and choral ministry and enjoys recruiting, equipping and enabling congregational members with musical gifts to participate in worship leadership. Zach Walker, Senior High Youth Director

Zach enthusiastically takes on the role of leading our senior high youth ministry, utilizing his spiritual gifts and creative talents to draw our students closer to Christ. In addition to connecting with students and their families and creating and implementing all Senior High programming, Zach is a “leader of leaders,” building and maintaining relationships with volunteers, lay leaders and other youth directors throughout the community. Alaina Howe, Mid High Youth Director

Alaina's primary mission is to nurture the Mid High students into a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ. Secondly, Alaina works to ensure kids are globally, practically and purposefully rooted in the word of God as the light to the world. Donna Wilson, Children's Ministry Director

SPC is pleased to welcome Donna Wilson, our new Children's Ministry Director. SPC is blessed to welcome a Director who brings over fifteen years of experience in Children's Ministry. In the words of Donna, “I am very excited to join the ministries of Sammamish Presbyterian Church where I sense a fresh wind of God's spirit blowing. My hope is to be part of a team that introduces children to God’s unconditional love for them and the assurance that God will never let them go. Lisa Haley, Children's Ministry Coordinator

SPC is pleased to welcome Lisa Haley to the position of Children's Ministry Coordinator. A long-time member of SPC and a committed leader in Children's Ministry, Lisa is directing Sunday morning and mid-week programs for our kids. Lisa's experience, insight and faithful leadership are remarkable and we are blessed to welcome her gifts to the Children's Ministry team. Heather Choco, Glory Days Preschool Director

As the Glory Days Preschool Director, Heather Choco brings a wealth of teaching experience, a heart for preschoolers, a deep faith and an eagerness to build a Christ-centered, learning community for our little ones here at SPC. Heather earned her sociology degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and then her teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton. She taught elementary school for five years and has since taught at a local preschool for the past 12 years. Heather and her family have been involved in the ministries of SPC for over twelve years. She has served as an SPC Deacon providing care for our church community; she directed Vacation Bible School; she helped steer the SPC Special Needs ministry; and she served as an Elder on Session (SPC’s leadership board).
