College Scholarships Available...
The SPC Mission Leadership Team offers up to seven $500 scholarships (2011 financial commitment of $3,500 total) to be awarded annually to students who attend a Presbyterian College. The college may match this $500, thus providing $1000 toward the student's expenses. Applicants are considered in the following order: 1) A student who is a member of SPC, or whose parents are members of SPC. 2) A student who is a regular attender, or who parents are regular attenders of SPC. 3) Students who are endorsed by the Senior High Youth Director as active participants in SPC's Senior High Ministry. Whitworth Act 6 Scholarships
SPC supports the ActSix Initiative which offers a full-ride leadership scholarship to Whitworth College for students from urban areas. SPC 2011 Financial Commitment: $3,500.
Disaster Relief Fund
SPC maintains a Disaster Relief Fund to allow for quick, financial response to disasters on our soil or abroad. SPC’s SPC 2011 Financial Commitment: $6,000.
SPC Benevolent Fund
Seeking to support our congregation and community in times of personal financial crisis, SPC maintains a Benevolent Fund. SPC 2011 Financial Commitment: $5,000.
