SPC Vision (2 of 6): Transformation

10-Year Vision


A dynamic movement of life changing groups (Connect, Growth) has been created with over 1,200 people involved (300-connect, 900-grow).   These groups are the center of God’s work transforming lives, in which community members are known, loved, and practice discipleship together.  There is a regular rhythm of spiritual practices, classes, and faith formation available to the entire SPC Community.


3-Year Picture


During the 2028 Fall Celebration Gala we can envision celebrating the following: 

  • 300 people have been in Growth Groups; 100 people in Connect Groups 

  • 30 Growth Groups and Leaders 

  • 10 Connect Groups and Leaders 

  • Multiple stories of life transformation through these life changing groups 

  • New Growth Group Vision realized  

  • Dedicated Growth Group Staff Member hired to help Connect and Growth Groups 

  • 50 people attend Spiritual Formation retreats 

 

12-Month Goal
Beginning August 2025

Recruit and Train Growth Group leadership, prepare systems and support structure for launching 10 new Growth Groups reaching roughly 80-100 people and implement overall Growth Group Communication Plan.
